The Accreditation Handbook

The Accreditation Handbook, first published in the early 1990's, is about to be relaunched by ANUK in Autumn 2016. It will contain guidance and best practice examples on how to set up and maintain an accreditation scheme. ANUK members will be informed as soon as the new guide is available.

The Scottish Government supports the national voluntary accreditation scheme Landlord Accreditation Scotland (LAS) which promotes best practice in management standards in the private rented sector. The scheme is open to private landlords and letting agents across Scotland.
