The Deregulation Act 2015 - 1st October Changes
This Act amends a vast range of prior legislation from deposits to Section 21s and evictions to providing prescribed information for the PRS (How to Rent).
It is important that you know what you need to do and when you need to do it as many of the old ways such as issuing Section 21s on the day you issue a contract are no longer valid.
